Term of Service

By engaging Oyunlink’s services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made for services are final and non-refundable.

• Confidentiality: All fees, deliverables, and service-related documentation shall remain strictly confidential.

Oyunlink has no control over search engine policies or the criteria they apply when determining acceptable websites. Consequently, a Client’s website may, at any time, be excluded from certain blogs, directories, or search engines at the discretion of those platforms. By accepting these Terms, the Client acknowledges and accepts this potential risk.

Additionally, Oyunlink has no authority over third-party site owners who may modify, relocate, or delete links and/or content at any time. In such cases, removed or deleted placements will not be replaced or refunded.

The Client assumes full responsibility for any risks or damages—known or unknown—that may arise from the use of Oyunlink’s services.

Oyunlink reserves the right to adjust anchor text or link attributes when necessary to ensure successful order execution. However, we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or positions on search engines.

While Oyunlink is confident in the quality and effectiveness of its services, traffic growth and ranking improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Oyunlink assumes no liability for any negative impact on search engine rankings caused by changes the Client or any third party makes to the Client’s website without prior consultation.
